Terms of Service

Welcome to MeetingVault (“Service”), operated by KCH Labs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
MeetingVault is a device-native, privacy-first meeting intelligence platform. The Service allows you to record meetings on your device, generate AI-powered meeting outputs (summaries, action items, decisions, risk assessments, Q&A answers, and audio recaps), and organize meetings into projects.
The Service is currently offered under an Early Access program, provided free of charge with usage limitations. We may modify features, limits, or pricing at any time.
2. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Each person may maintain only one account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Circumvent usage limits or abuse free features
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
- Interfere with the Service’s operation
- Resell or redistribute the Service
4. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate meeting outputs from your content. You acknowledge that AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies and should be reviewed before reliance. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated content. Your content may be processed by third-party AI services to provide these features.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service. You also retain ownership of AI outputs generated from your content.
The Service itself, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by KCH Labs and protected by applicable laws.
6. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently and irreversibly removes all your data.
7. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or modify the Service at any time.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data may be deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KCH Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KCH Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you upload.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at kchlabs@gmail.com to attempt informal resolution.
13. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KCH Labs. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive that right.
