MeetingVault is a device-native meeting intelligence platform that:

Extracts structured items (actions, decisions, risks)

Provides transcript Q&A

Generates audio recaps

Provides project reporting and exports
Features may vary by plan and access mode.
2. User Accounts
You must:

Provide accurate information

Verify your email address

Maintain account security
You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Anonymous Use
Anonymous access is subject to strict rate limits based on device fingerprint and IP address.
We may deny anonymous access at any time.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Some features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may auto-renew

Billing is processed by a third-party provider

MeetingVault retains ownership of:

Platform design

System architecture
You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
7. AI Disclaimer
AI outputs:

May omit relevant information

Should not be treated as legal, financial, or professional advice
You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
8. Beta & Early Access Features
Some features may be labeled as Early Access.
These may:

Change without notice

Be discontinued
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
MeetingVault shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Lost profits

Business interruption

Data loss beyond our direct control
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:

Abuse the platform

Fail to pay subscription fees
You may terminate by deleting your account.
11. Admin Access
Authorized administrators may view (but not edit) user content for support and security purposes. All admin actions are logged.
12. Modifications
We may modify the service or Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and jurisdiction will be defined once the legal entity is finalized.
