Do I need to create an account?
No. All three tools work anonymously in the browser. Creating a free account raises the daily limit and lets you save results into projects rather than copying them out.
What is the difference between these tools and the MeetingVault app?
The tools are single-purpose and work on content you already have — you bring a file or a transcript and get one result back. Is my uploaded audio or transcript kept?
Content you process anonymously is used to produce your result and is not added to a permanent library. If you are signed in and choose to save a result, it is stored in your own account, visible only to you, and you can delete it at any time.
